Orders take between 7-10 business days to process and complete. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking information. Please inspect package for any extensive damage from shipping. Please take photos of package if damage for insurance claim. Items should be inspected and checked for any damage as soon as opened. Bulk Orders take between 10-15 business days to process at a minimum depending on materials and branding/imaging used. All Bulk orders come with a minimum set up fee of $20.00 depending on laser set up requirements. Any Bulk or Branding/ Logo orders please reach out to justin@trexycustoms.com.
To start a return, you can contact us at justin@trexycustoms.com. We will further instruct you on return process depending on the damage/issue at hand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, also email a picture of damaged goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such products that been ordered using images with poor resolution, as we cannot guarantee the final product will have the desired result. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved and when you can expect your item to be shipped. If approved, you’ll receive an email notification with the approval within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for us to respond due to high volumes.
