• Signature Engraving ($15+): We can engrave names, dates, or even a loved one's actual handwriting onto a charm during your session for the ultimate sentimental touch.

Because we operate out of a private home studio, we kindly ask you to note the following:

• Location: We are located in a dedicated basement studio. Exact address and parking instructions will be sent in your confirmation email.
• Guests: To ensure a quality experience, please use the "Extra Guest" add-on if you are bringing friends so we can allocate enough time for everyone.
• Age Requirement: We welcome guests ages 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Medical Note: If you have a pacemaker, please consult your physician before booking. For MRIs or surgery, jewelry can be easily clipped at the weld point with scissors.

The "Zap" Warranty: We stand by our work! If your jewelry breaks at the weld point within the first 30 days, we will re-weld it for free.

Re-Welds: If you need to remove your jewelry for medical reasons or it breaks after 30 days, save your chain! We offer re-welds for a small $15 fee.

Final Sale: Because each piece is custom-cut and welded specifically for you, all sales are final once the chain is cut.
